Our hours of operation are 6 am to 9 pm Monday thru Friday, closed on Saturday, Sundays, and Major Holidays. We thank all our customers for their support of our business over the last year and we hope to satisfy your taste buds with great tasting homemade goodies and give you that great customer service that we are known for throughout 2008. Click here for map to Our Carthage location ************************************************************************* We would like to invite everyone to the Carthage Community Day by the River event we are hosting on 23 August 2008, there will be live bands, a puppet show, local businesses showing off their products, A Car and Bike show, the State Police, County Sheriff Paintball, Laser Tag and more. Fun for the the entire Family. A raffle will be held to benifit the Childern's Miracle Network. Don't be the only person in Carthage to miss it. Saturday 23 August from 10am-6pm. A lot of things going on in summer 2008 and we have so many people to thank. First and Foremost are all of our brave men and women in uniform for keeping this Great Nation of Ours safe and free. It is an honor to serve you.	************************************************************************ Snowmobilers stop by on your way through Carthage. We are located next to Rite-aid. We have a huge parking area and you are more than welcome to stop by and show off your ride. The Fort Drum MWR held a 3 on 3 Paintball Elimination Tournament on the October 6^th. The event was be a blast. Paintballers around the North Country attended and made the event successful. ************************************************************************ Grinder’s Coffee and Bakery is a locally owned and operated Gourmet Coffee Shop with our own Bakery right in the shop. This guarantees our customers the freshest pastries and baked goods possible along with the finest coffee in the North Country. ********History of Grinder’s Coffee & Bakery**************** Grinder’s Coffee Company was founded by Michelle a Carthage, NY native. She had been in the Gourmet Coffee industry for six years, before founding Grinder’s Coffee Company. In September 1999 Grinder’s Coffee Company opened its doors on Fort Drum, NY, and began serving the Bravest Soldiers in the World. With style and great customer service Michelle and her staff made Grinder’s Coffee Company the place to be on Fort Drum. Grinder’s Coffee has been in both theaters of operation in the war on Terror. In May 2005 Grinder’s Coffee Company was ready to expand; seeking to fill the void in custom made baked goods available to the customer Grinder’s Coffee Company moved to Watertown and incorporated a Bakery. Thus began the transformation of a Great Coffee Shop into a Great Coffee Shop with its own Bakery. Today Grinder’s Coffee & Bakery serves fresh made pastries, homemade pies, donuts, cookies, cheesecakes, cakes, breads, as well as the Best Coffees and Teas that World has to offer. Grinder’s Coffee & Bakery makes our baked goods on the premises ensuring the consumer fresh custom made products and flexibility to make special orders to the customers request. In March 2006 we moved to Carthage, moving back to the town where Michelle was born. We are Excited to be home.
